Has anyone ever bought tickets from the Crocodile Rock Cafe?

I bought tickets for a concert there on Halloween long before they were being sold anywhere else. So what I want to know is what are your experiences buying from there, how nice is it and when you get there do you just give them your info. and they let you in?
