What is going on? Does he like me? what??

Okay so I went to homecoming with the dude, we danced, he held my hand and came to my house and watched a movie, and then we kissed on the lips as a goodnight. So then as the week progresses, he starts off calling me, then texts, then Ims for like 15 minutes, and then he stopped talking alltogether, and then today he IMed me and was like "so how do we work this out because we're both really too busy to talk". It's mainly him though, because I'm the one texting him now. I think he doesn't want to sacrifice his time to be with me, ultimately because he doesn't like me. wtf.
