Should i buy this house?

its 40 000.00 has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a basement and a garage and fireplace. the town its in is really small but there is nothing there. the economy is really bad and will probably never get better. im only 20 but i could buy it and just move there when i retire... do you think this is a good idea???
