What are my chances of getting into the air force academy?

a couple months ago i recieved a letter in the mail from the air force academy that said i was, as of that time, not competitive for admittance. my admissions counselor said that it was not too late for me to send in updated information and raise my chances of getting an appointment. i have a 3.8 GPA i got a 1320 on the SAT (700 verbal 620 math), i am a member of the National Honor Society, i am in French club, and i am the captain of both the varsity football and soccer teams. also my father is a graduate and my brother is currently a cadet (dont know if that helps me out at all). i would just like to know my chances of recieving an appointment or getting a prep school/falcon foundation slot.
