What is the name of this movie? Help!!!!!!!!?

I don't remember much but i know its about these kids and in some point of the movie they go into this creep lopsided house. I also know there is this creep man thing. but i only remember the movie case. He's like leaning over the kids in the shadows or something. The movie kinda reminds me of Narnia and Charley and the cho factory.
