Do "more people in more places" necessarily add value ? Does a "review" necessarily add value ?

More people in more places does not guarantee added value, it can actually complicate things as in the too many cooks spoil the broth ogy but that being said reviews can add value if they are constructive and actually know what they are looking at and how to improve efficiency to the advantage of the project and not the detriment :)
