HELP. How do I delete a 'tagged" photo sent to my facebook newsfeed? No obvious way to get rid of it.?

I received a newsfeed containing a photo (large), which has a link to a whole album of someone else's. The photos contain sensitive material; my granddaughters visit my site, as well as others, and I would rather not have this on my page. I cannot find a way to delete the photo - there is no icon for editing, and the facebook advice I have gotten does not work. Can someone help me with this, please??
