Can you put tortillas (soft shell taco) in the freezer?

I think I bought too many tortillas for a potluck tonight. I then realized that I could use them for New Year's Eve to make some food. However, the tortillas are supposed to expire on 12-20 and 12-29. Can I put any leftovers (sealed in a bag) in the freezer and thaw them out in time for New Year's Eve? Will they still taste good?
