Why does my stomach hurt?!?

ok so yesterday i played beer pong and i got really drunk and when i woke up my stomach hurt really bad i could barley move then i kept farting and i was really sick the ppl tht i played with said the same thing happend to them why did this happen? we played with budwiser and miller light. was it a hangover or what?
